What data we collect
- Browsing data – IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access. These are collected automatically by the systems that run the website.
- Data you provide voluntarily – when you contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp to ask for information, a quote or a booking: name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Consent preferences – the choices you express through the cookie banner.
The website does not host any contact forms: we do not collect data through online forms.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and managing rentals, tours and mooring services – performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Ensuring the operation and security of the website – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Usage statistics and third-party content – consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
- Accounting and tax obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Third-party services
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd) – map embedded in the Contacts page. It loads only after your consent and may involve the transmission of data to Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) – if you write to us through the booking button, the conversation is handled under the WhatsApp terms.
- Hosting provider – stores the technical data required to deliver the service, acting as a data processor.
Retention period
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated: messages received for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract; tax records for the ten years required by law; browsing data for limited periods for security and statistical purposes.
Disclosure and transfers
Data is not disseminated. It may be processed by technical suppliers appointed as data processors. Some providers (Google, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area: in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
